I have been an athlete as long as i can remember, playing multiple sports as a kid and becoming a standout football and basketball player, as well as a record setting thrower in track and field.

I have been in the corporate world, working in banking for over 20 years and have found different ways to stay connected to sports throughout that time.

A few years ago i jumped back into coaching, working with middle school and high school football players and track athletes at a local private school and re-discovered my passion for working with young people to help them achieve their  goals.
